If you are expanding into new locations, you can request package add-ons which allow seamless expansion within a single account. The Mobile Client Check-in App extends Bailtec’s functionality to your clients and allows them to remotely check-in, check court dates and much more.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the lease work? The license for the leased version is renewed each month. There are no lengthy contracts, and billing is month to month. We handle everything for you, provide support and update your software automatically.

What are office locations? If you have expanded your business, and operate multiple separate locations or companies which you want to track independently, these are considered office locations. If you choose to set up multiple office locations, you will have the ability to assign users to specific locations, essentially isolating the activity for each office. Additionally, separating locations allows you to configure independent forms and reports for each. Administrative users can be configured to oversee activity in multiple locations. One use case for multiple offices would be a company which simultaneously operates both a property-backed business and surety-backed business.

Do I need additional office locations for employees who work from home? No. A single company can have any number of remote users which do not require add-ons.
