Your privacy is important to Orbiting Code, Inc. so we've developed a Privacy Policy to clearly outline how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
To provide the required functionality, while using this Application, the following personal information will be collected by this Application. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. (1) Your username, password and client-id will be stored locally on your device, along with an automatically generated authorization key. This key will facilitate personalized communication between your device and our Application Servers. (2) Both the "Check In", and "Bail Me Out" features of this Application require Location Data. Location Service must be enabled while using this Application. Location Data will be transmitted using secure SSL Encryption, and stored on our Application Servers
To manage and diagnose issues or bugs in this Application, log data is stored on our Application Servers. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
"Bonding Agency" refers to the company with whom you've entered into contract with for the servicing of your Bail Bond. "Bailtec Client" is the mobile "Application" designed to work in conjunction with the software used by your Bonding Agency. This Application is designed to facilitate periodic Check Ins, as well as provide you with valuable information such as upcoming Court Dates, Payments Due and Payment History.
This data will be used by your Bonding Agency as per your agreement with them. We may also disclose information about you for purposes of National Security, or if there is a Lawful purpose for doing so as dictated by Local, State or Federal authorities.
Orbiting Code, Inc. takes the security of your personal information very seriously. All information transmitted to and from this Application to our Servers is protected during transit using encryption such as Transport Layer Security (TLS), and Secure Socket Layer (SSL). When your personal data is stored on our Application Servers, we use computer systems housed in limited access facilities, using physical security measures.
At any time, you may request to review the information stored on our Application Servers. To submit a request, please send an email to privacy_request@bailtec.com. Please include a time range for the data if necessary.
This Application is intended to be used by individuals 13 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible.
To provide specific functionality while using the Application, we may collect Precise Location Data, including the Real-Time Geographic Location of your device. Where Location-Based services may use GPS, and your IP address. This requirement is also detailed in the contract provided by your Bonding Agency.
